The house sits in a quiet residential pocket of Salford, with green space close by and central Manchester an easy hop away by bus. Kersal Wetlands is a short walk for level riverside paths, and the museums and food halls of the city are all within reach.

Good to Know Before You Book
The home is set over two floors, with a carpeted staircase up to the bedrooms. The living space sits on the lower level, with skylights in the sloped ceiling. Self check-in is via a secure key lockbox at the front of the property, and full instructions will be sent on the day of arrival. Parking is free and on-street, with room for up to 5 cars on the private street bays out front. Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Extra charges
Early check-in and late check-out can be added for £50 for 2 hours, subject to availability and requested after booking through a secure third-party platform. Pets are welcome at £25 per pet per stay, up to a maximum of 3, so please include any pets when booking.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
