"Brilliant property! Really clean, excellent checking in and service throughout our stay. Only downside is the information given for parking. We ended up paying £28 because it wasn’t explained to us that it was free after a certain time. Should have cost us £8. Private parking company so nothing reception could do."

"Location excellent in media city and adjacent to multi story ( don’t park outside hotel). Room was large and airy and breakfast was excellent. Staff all amazingly friendly and helpful. I’ve noticed a big change in holiday inn over past few years but this is by far the best I’ve used. Thank you."
