Luxurious holiday home with private pool

If you have always dreamed of having your own private domain, then this villa is a very good choice. The 4000 m2 garden is completely fenced, for total privacy. From the villa, you only have to take a few steps to reach your swimming pool. Around it you will find various seats and a covered outdoor kitchen with bar, where you can enjoy a drink at the end of the day. The property has a water supply (10,000 litre tank) filled by the canal which runs through the estate. This is so there will be no problems filling the swimming pool in the event of water restrictions.

If you don't feel like cooking, Salernes can satisfy your culinary desires. Indeed, you will find various good restaurants and cafes. How pleasant it is to walk through the charming town centre and its many fountains! From the ruins of the castle overlooking the village, you have a beautiful view of the pretty roofs with red and hexagonal tiles, typical of this region.

Other sights in the surrounding area include the luxurious seaside resorts of Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez, 40 km from the accommodation. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves in the Sainte-Croix lake (30 km) or in the famous Gorges du Verdon (30 km). 7 km away is the village of Sillans-la-Cascade. There you will find a 42m waterfall in the woods.

We were at the beautiful house in the nice and quiet Salernes. Enjoyed every minute of it. Everything is available for a nice vacation. The people were very kind. The swimming pool and the kitchen outside is really a big plus.

Ein fantastisches Haus. Schöner Pool, schöne Außenküche, Ruhe, gute Betten und wunderschöne Umgebung. Und was das Inventar angeht, war alles im Überfluss vorhanden. Auch sehr nette und aufmerksame Besitzer. Ich würde auf jeden Fall gerne wieder hierher kommen.

The villa is very well equipped and perfectly laid out for a family holiday. The garden is huge. The pool is a perfect size for swimming, or just cooling off. Located within walking distance from local Salernes is a big plus!

Quelle villa spectaculaire ! Zeer mooie villa met alle confort. Alles was bij aankomst aanwezig. Mooie omgeving en natuur. Het centrum van Salernes ligt op loopafstand. Het enige negatieve puntje vonden wij de netheid van het huisje. Bij aankomst heeft mijn man eerst overal de spinnen moeten wegdoen. Sanitair en vloer waren wel ok, maar alles wat er stond was niet echt proper. Wij hebben alles wat we nodig hadden eerst zelf afgewassen. Desalniettemin zouden we deze villa zeker opnieuw kiezen.

Très bien. Beaucoup d'espace. L'intérieur est un peu vieillot. Dans certaines chambres il y a peu d'espace de rangement ainsi que dans les 2 petites sdb. Un grand terrain avec terrain de pétantque, babyfoot, ping-pong, basket, balançoires... idéal pour les enfants.

Prachtige, authentieke villa van alle gemakken voorzien. Vanuit de tuin mooi uitzicht over de heuvels. Ligt aan een vrij drukke weg maar hier heb je meestal niet zoveel laat van ( tuin is aan de achterzijde en de weg aan de voorzijde)

Een goeie ontvangst van de gastvrouw . Mochten er vroeger in dan gepland . Alles was netjes gepoetst . De tuin en zwembad goed onderhouden . Na dag 2 zat de afvoer in de buitenkeuken verstopt , een mailtje gestuurd en de dag erna is het iemand al komen oplossen . Dus goeie service . Het huis is een ideale uitvalsbasis om uitstappen te doen. De kust Frejus , wandelingen , fietsen en wat zeker een aanrader is is gorges du verdon . Een half uurtje rijden maar is meer dan de moeite. Winkels zijn nabij en op wandel afstand kan je lekker gaan eten en terrasje doen . Ja voor ons gezelschap was het meer dan geslaagde vakantie . Komen zeker nog eens terug !

Zeer goed uitgerust huis in een prachtige omgeving. Het ligt aan een soms wat drukke baan maar het zicht vanachter is prachtig en je hebt eigenlijk weinig last van het geluid. Het huis is over het algemeen zeer goed uitgerust maar de matrassen van de bedden zijn wel echt aan vernieuwing toe, je ligt in sommige bedden echt bijna recht op het hout. Zwembad is zalig Zeer grote tuin en alles aanwezig om je te amuseren (ballen, frisbee, petanquebaan,...) De buitenkeuken is echt een grote plus, je moet bijna niet binnen zijn om te koken.

Bij aankomst werden wij opgewacht door mevr. Fratta die ons alle informatie gaf die we nodig hadden. Het was wel wat moeilijk communiceren omdat mevr. Fratta alleen Frans sprak. De accommodatie voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Het is een schitterende plek om een mooie zonvakantie te vieren familie en vrienden. Er zijn 5 slaapkamers waarvan er twee gekoppeld zijn en kunnen dienen als kinderkamers. Het zwembad is super en de buiten bar is een fijne plek om te verkeren. Eigenlijk zijn we bijna niet in de bungalow geweest behalve om te slapen en soms om in de keuken te zijn. Er is veel privacy. De omgeving was schitterend als je van natuur houdt.

Prachtig domein, groot zwembad, fantastische BBQ. Rustig en met een schitterend uitzicht. Perfect onderhouden zwembad en tuin. Dichtbij bakkers en warenhuizen. Salernes is een uitstekende uitvalbasis om de Var te verkennen. De oude villa heeft zijn charmes en er wordt aan meer modern comfort gewerkt (nieuwe badkamer aan het zwembad b.v.).

Met een fijn onthaal werden we opgewacht door de gastvrouw! We waren hier op vakantie met de familie van acht personen waarvan twee grootouders en twee babytjes. Ook was de hond met ons meegereisd. Het huisje is erg goed verzorgd en heel goed uitgerust. Er is één kinderstoel aanwezig. Er is een leuk geschilderde kinderkamer. Het is een zaligheid dat dit aan de minst warme kant van de woning is. Zo kunnen de kindjes nog een middagdutje doen op een koele plek. Het zwembad is heel proper! Dat het niet verwarmd is, is geen probleem. De zon doet zijn werk meer als voldoende. Het poolhouse is prachtig en ook heel goed voorzien!

Waren nun zum 2. mal dort. Alles wie beschrieben. Sehr nette Verwalterin die mit Rat und Tat hilft. Zudem investiert die Besitzerin weiter. Die Dusche und WC beim Pool wurden komplett renoviert und modern gestaltet. Im eine Teil nun ein Badezimmer und beim Pool ein zusätzliches WC. Toll. Alles andere in prima Zustand. genug Platz. Riesiege Wiese mit Fussball-Tore, Boule-Platz, Kicker und Tischtennis. Grosser Poolin perfektem Zustand. Sonnenterrasse zum frühstücken und eine tolle Aussenküche mit Allem was man braucht von Grill über Kühlschrank und Kockplatten bis Geschirr und Gläser sowie Musikanlage und Discokugel -). Betten, Badezimmer alles prima. Die Küche ist mehr als komplett. Lavagrill/Weinschrank und Eiswürfelbereiter. Waschmaschine und Trockner-super. Vom Haus geht man gemütlich nach Salerne ins Zentrum/Wochenmarkt. Genug Bistrots auf dem Platz. Mit dem Auto gibts viel zu entdecken. Saint-Tropez in ca. 50 KM. Gelungener Urlaub. Danke
