Staff was unwilling to provide me with a receipt after my stay. Expedia told me the property gives it, and the property stated Expedia is supposed to give it. This is awful, and I’m sick of people pushing things to other people. Why can’t someone just help someone out. Ridiculous, .

My sincere apologies, alot of Expedia reservations are prepaid. Our desk clerk must have been confused and thought you prepaid Expedia. We aren't allowed to give our those receipts. I did just email your receipt to you. If you don't receive it please contact the hotel.

IT WAS AMAZING, CLEAN, BIG ROOMS, KING SIZE BEDS, AND THE MANGER WAS GREAT, NEED TO GIVE HER A RISE, JUST WONDERFUL!! Arrived to broken elevator had to climb 3 flights to a room where neighbors were yelling and screaming constantly. Asked for another room and couldn’t accommodate.

Very nice, clean, comfortable. My only complaint is that we are traveling with my adult son. I paid an extra surcharge for him to be in the room, but in the morning, I find no towel for him to shower. AND no hair dryer. If you are going to charge extra for these things, the room should be prepared in advance. I shouldn’t have to ask. But otherwise, I would stay here again. Seems like a pretty new facility.

Our stay this past weekend was ok. Nothing not upsetting. Just noticed that our room 420 had a light out in the bathroom. Elevator was quite slow, so ended up taking the stairs quite often during our stay. The breakfast was just ok. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Check in was easy. The woman at the desk was very friendly. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t very appealing. The watermelon was old and dried up. The eggs didn’t taste very good. Overall the breakfast was the worst part of the stay. The employees were all very nice.

The hotel appeared newer and our room was clean. However, there was no warm or hot water. I couldn't take a shower in the morning because of it, and had to wash my hair in freezing cold water by bending over the tub and only placing my head under the stream of water. However, it was too cold to get in the shower to bathe. When I checked out, I tried talking to an employee, but no one was at the front desk. After waiting several minutes, we left. It doesn't seem like "has hot water" should need to be specified in the hotel description. I expect to be able to shower when I stay at a hotel, especially for the price we paid.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of there not being hot water. The water heater experienced a fault over night and when you were looking for a front desk clerk she was probably on the phone with support in the boiler room trying to work on getting it back up and running. Unfortunately this is an incident that can not be predicted nor resolved in a matter of minutes. We again sincerely apologize and hope that you'll give our hotel another try in the future.Sincerely,

I can’t say I can honestly recommend. For the price, we were surprised at the quality. The room was clean but hubby had to use a pant hanger to clip together the torn shade to keep them together. I would give the breakfast a two out of five. The bed and pillows were pretty firm. We paid $150 - $190 per night over 3 days we were here. My husband and I travel a LOT and I would have to say this is about a $75 a night hotel. I am guessing we got charged about double because of the Canfield fair.
