Our 2-night stay at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm, seamless, and truly luxurious. A special mention to Isha for her incredible help and patience during check-in. She made us feel welcomed and at ease right away, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. The hospitality extended throughout the property was outstanding. Bagwant from the security team stood out for his courteous and attentive approach, always...

This hotel far exceeded expectations. The staff were all so helpful, friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated and are so quiet, even though they all overlook the pool. The whole hotel is so beautiful, with small details found everywhere and thoughtfully laid out. The swimming pool and jacuzzi/bar area are a great place to relax and unwind. The day spa was excellent, I enjoyed a relaxing body scrub and massage. We also did a private cooking class, where the...

The breakfast service was a bit inconsistent but the property is stunning so that is forgivable.

The customer service is outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay here and we were blown away by the welcoming, friendly staff that couldn’t do enough for us. We are a retired couple from Australia travelling the world by bicycle. A quick thank you to John the manager that personally made sure our needs were met and also a special mention of the chef Vardhan Bahl who created delicious dishes around my food intolerances. All the staff were fantastic. The breakfast was incredible . The rooms were...

Amazing hotel (a proper 5 star unlike lot of other hotels claiming to be 5 star in goa)and a great stay for 4 nights. Huge property with tons of staff. I saw more staff than guests which was a big plus. The hotel is based in bambolin and unfortunately there is nothing to do in the area. However the hotel is extremely large and were happy to spend time within the premises. The good part is the hotel doesnt try to rip you off since you are forced to do things at the hotel. Prices were reasonable. ...

A very charming hotel with fantastic service. Christopher from front desk, in particular, was very helpful and kind. He provided out family with a lot of support with our early flights and busy schedule. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Acron at Baga Beach. The hotel staff is really friendly and their guest service is one of the best in India. It's located just a few minutes away from the main road on Baga where you can find shops and restaurants. The staff can assist you with daily tours and transfers. Room is comfortable and facilities great! And the restaurant is very good. A bit expensive but the food and service are amazing!

This is a place to fully relax without the disappointment of the typical Indian hotel. They thoroughly understand western standards.

Had a very nice stay. Everything was perfect. Add a slightly bigger swimming pool and this is the perfect place to stay in Goa

Our stay at the Vivanta Miramar was truly enjoyable. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The food was good both at the buffet breakfast and the in room dining. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the food as they were missing their good ole pizzas :) All up this place is perfectly located and has the best amenities and service one could hope for to enjoy a relaxed vacation

Had a great stay here, enjoyed the pool and the view from same. Head chef was fabulous and regularly chatted with us...his team equally great, attentive and helpful. Room attendants warmly greeted us daily and we appreciated their tireless efforts.

Very courteous and friendly staff. Great property with all the amenities. Loved our stay. Bar guy at front bar was awesome.

I had a great stay at Vivanta by Taj last week. The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was spacious and was a nice nod to the Portuguese style that Goa is known for. The pool was by far our favourite place (and for some reason we seemed to be the only ones in there- winning)! The pool staff were fantastic, and the swim up bar was amazing. Prajyot the barman looked after us so well. The Banyan tree restaurant was so delicious and Jiva spa massages were fab. Would definitely recommend to...

The staff here are outstanding. All were friendly and helpful, nothing was any trouble. This made our stay extremely pleasant and enjoyable.

Excellent property in a good location, customer service was great.

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms, nice little gym and spa. Great breakfast selection. Close to the beach as well (5 min walk). Shame about the swimming pool - it was closed for refurbishment and we had to use another (neighboring) hotel's pool, which was nice enough but a bit crowded. Overall, would recommend the hotel for a quiet family holiday or a business trip stay.
