The room I reserved was supposed to be nonsmoking but had a strong smoke smell. Not a big deal for me as a former smoker, but if I was traveling with husband it may have been. Other than that it was fabulous all the way around. Service, room, amenities.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaints were the unfriendliness of the River bartenders, and the inattentiveness of the steakhouse waiter, which was quite a surprise considering the expense and fine dining.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. Staff was excellent and the room was exceptional. Would highly recommend to anyone going to NY.

THE TILE IN THE SAUNA AREA WERE VERY LOOSE. DANGEROUSLY LOOSE!!!!. NEED TO CLOSE DOWN THAT AREA AND FIX ALL THE LOOSE TILE. Also need more activities for teens and children. Because there were alot of children, especially for a casino. Pls see some of my suggestions below. - need to add more arcade games in arcade room. Arcade room is too small. - need to add a close play area outside with jungle gym, slides and swings. - A movie room with popcorn would be nice. - separate pool for teens and children only. Adults do not want to be in the pool with a bunch of children. - blacklight miniature golf course. Also a 30 dollar buffet is extreme. I can see 20 dollars but not 30". Need more lower cost options for families

Everything was wonderful. The only problem we had was when we went to dinner at the tuscana grill. We waited 2 hours for a pizza which was ridiculous. Other than that the stay was fantastic

I like this property's atmosphere, the space is clean, friendly & easy to get around. One thing we noticed is that on the 2nd floor there isn't an easy to find elevator sign to go up to the floors to get to your room.

We enjoyed our stay very much, very clean and everyone was helpful and friendly. I just wish that dining was not so expensive, at least not for the ones that are staying there and actually gambling. It would also be nice to have a little more room for the smoking customers. Other than that we WILL be back again.

The staff was outstanding. However, Expedia was terrible. When I try to check in, the resort did not have my reservation. I was able to show the staff the information that I had received on my phone. They called Expedia and it took them an hour to get it straightened out. The staff when out of their way to get it right and even discounted the resort fees for us. I will be staying at the resort again in the future, but I don’t know if I would use Expedia again.
