"Room was very clean and had a cleaner in every day. Had a restaurant and shop not even 5 minutes down the road. Perfect location, the area was pretty quiet when we went in march which was perfect for us. There were busses running to Santa Maria snd was a 20-30 minute walk down and taxis right outside the hotel to get which was perfect. There was also another bus to their resort on the beach with a restaurant. It’s also a 5 minute walk to ponta preta beach. The staff were amazing and lovely. Would definitely recommend to anyone. It was perfect for what we wanted. "

" The exterior of the hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are low quality. Very old decor with bits of the wall & ceiling filled in with filler. The air conditioning didn't work. There were exposed wires. Rusty handles. Bathroom shower water temperature was irregular. Bedsheets were old, unironed and they weren't changed regularly. Swimming pool isn't cleaned and hotel guests rarely go in the pool. We had to sometimes ask for towels. The manager says the rooms are fully booked and say they can change the next day, but it didn't happen. This was the same opinion of another guest. Hotel staff are generally nice. The breakfast is decent. The dinner is also good. The hotel food overall is good quality. Santa Maria is around 15 mins walk from the hotel. The road to the hotel is sandy. The environment around the hotel is like a building site. Santa Maria beach is 20-25 minutes walk."

"Room was nice and the view was great! The overall ambience of the resort was nice. The food was not great, but we only had breakfast there so it was not so bad. Staff were very friendly and the location was great!"

"Not impressed with the room, or the style of seperate houses. We stayed at Melia Unas for 5 days their set was better, paths of tiles not gravel. I asked for a hairdryer it never came. Food was good and all the staff very helpful and pleasent. "
