From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly, professional staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made a difference and elevated the entire experience. The resort itself is a beautiful oasis nestled in an otherwise arid landscape. Lush gardens, spacious grounds, and well-maintained facilities create a feeling of paradise. But the real showstopper is the stunning beach – imagine turquoise waters lapping against white, powdery sand that stretches for miles. It’s postcard-perfect and ideal for both relaxing and taking in the breathtaking views. One of the highlights of our stay was the entertainment. The team does a fantastic job, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere lively. A special mention must go to the All White Party on Friday night – an absolutely exceptional event! The music, lights, dancing, and vibe made it one of the most memorable nights of the holiday. Whether you’re looking to unwind by the pool, explore the island, or enjoy vibrant entertainment in the evenings, Riu Funana has something for everyone. Funana Fantastic

I stayed for a week with family. The hotel has everything you could wish for, it has African decor, to give you a true authentic African atmosphere with terracotta and dark wood, African paintings, The cleaners and maintenance workers never stop. The restaurants are great, the pool is fabulous, the beach is a stroll to the back of the hotel grounds. I highly recommend

The property is lovely surrounded by palm trees. The rooms are spacious. We liked that the various buildings of rooms were only 2 floors and each had a veranda. We were especially impressed with their buffets. Incredible variety of foods and very well prepared. The only thing it lacks from our perspective is a couple more a la carte restaurants. There is only one in the resort, the rest are buffets.

Slitet, nergånget, luktade illa på rummen från badrummet. Första var så illa att vi bytte på en gång. Långa avstånd, från vårt rum 1 km till stranden. Poolen låg vi inte ens vid då det var fullkomligt proppat m solstolar o människor. Lyckades en gång boka middag på den finare restaurangen - inte så lätt när även grannhotellet har tillgång t denna = totalt gäster från 1072 rum...Man delar även gym. Det funkade bättre då tämligen liten andel gymmar.
