"This is our second stay at 4 Points Sheraton, Nagoya. It is always clean, well staffed, conveniently located to the airport and also the ferry terminal to Tsu. The staff went beyond in their service, allowing us to leave some of our luggage with them while we were away for a few days, and also arranging an earlier shuttle transport to the airport for us, when we couldn't get a taxi (all totally booked). "

At the property, staff is very friendly. I feel at home. Location: the onsen hotel is near utsumi station. There is a free pick up service from the station. A wonderful sea view from the room. Can walk along the coast anytime. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. But we chose to dine in at the hotel. Cleanliness and size : clean and spacious. The hotel probably spends a lot of money on the maintenance. The hotel looks very grand but at the same time looks very ‘japanese’.
