"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). "I have stayed here once before - it's perfect for a quick stay in Kagoshima city. Located in a quiet corner of Tenmonkan near shops and restaurants. It's very clean and quiet. The breakfast is a set menu, which I do not recommend for vegetarians/vegans (am one myself) but the parts I could eat were good. I will stay again if I need to stay in the area for a short time. "

"Great hotel in a fantastic location, the steam geysers are going 24/7 which makes for a beautiful view. Hotel itself has tons to do from the Onsen to Games room. The included breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent.
