"It was nice location, very near from a tram/bus station and city center of Dogo and Matsuyama. There are some supermarkets, onsens and post office in 15-minutes walk. "立地がよく、道後温泉へも路面電車の勝山駅まで歩いて5分くらい、松山城へも歩ける距離で飲食店もコンビニも近くにあって大変便利でした。駐車場は提携駐車場を案内していただき、一泊800円で停められたので助かりました。客室は隣や上階の音はもちろん外の音も気になることなく静かに過ごせました。ただ、清掃が行き届いていないのでは？と思う点がいくつかありました。客室のテーブルに埃があったり、床がベトベトしていたりして気になりました。また、大浴場でも浴室用の椅子にカビが生えていたりして心地よく過ごせませんでした。せっかく立地も内装もいいホテルだったのに勿体ないです。朝食は美味しくいただきました。"

"My husband and I stayed here two nights with other family members. Our room was a double bed and theirs was two twin beds. Their room was quite a bit larger than ours, so keep that in mind if you’re staying with someone else. The bed was firm and the pillows were very thin, but it was easy to get more from the amenities room. Staff members were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good—lots of options and easy to get a table. Location was very close to everything we wanted to do. We’d stay here again!"

Even though it may be old, it was very clean and the beds were the softest we experienced in Japan, which was good for our backs. The staff were so kind and placed our bags into our room before we checked in, so we did not have to lug them all the way there. One thing to be mindful of is that there was no working A/C in our room."
