Friendly staff clean room and overall great stay

Nice staff, upgrade room, food credit, quiet and safe environment.

Clean and spacious room, great location and amazing view. Could have been better with more lights in the room as it was too dark for us. You will need to notify front desk if you want your room cleaned, though when we required anything (such as lotion or towels), they were brought up right away. Lots of things to do, see and eat in the lobby as Miracle Miles shops and the Vegas strip are a stone's throw away! Would recommend and would stay here again.

Highlights: Great security, large bedrooms - perfect for friends traveling together; large bathrooms; great location; quiet Lowlights: cleaning of rooms slow and not excellent cleanliness in bathroom cleaning; hard to communicate with a real life person; no microwave for heating up leftovers from fabulous dinners; no coffee service in room; no refrigerator for leftovers, unless you request one - can’t use the one currently in room

It was my first time back at the Venetian after many years, and I'm happy to say that it is still as beautiful and well-kept as ever! They've done a great job of maintenance, and the customer service was 5 stars all around! Guest services sent a text the morning after check-in to see if we needed anything, and each time I asked a question, they responded right away. Very impressive for a hotel this size! I highly recommend it, and will definitely stay here again for future trips. (Especially if you plan on making a trip to the Sphere, since they've even got a direct indoor route to get there.)
