"The staff was excellent, the language problem was there, but we circumvented it by using Google Translate. Although, the property was dated. The shuttle was always prompt, although the was last bus was 6:00 pm, which was a bummer."

"The hotel was in a very convenient location close to the train station. The room itself was small--like most APA rooms--but very functional. Beds were comfortable, the A/C worked well. There was about a 4" step up (maybe more, I didn't measure) into the bathroom. You also needed to make a big step over the tub to get into and out of the shower. Just an FYI if you have any mobility issues or worried you could fall during the night if you didn't notice the step down. Otherwise a great stay!"

"Lovely staff and very nice breakfast - the hotel has its own entrance and lift on the ground floor ( next to a covered bus stop) plus it’s only a hop and a skip away from the train station. One small issue was the air con in my room (and air con next to the main lift on my floor) had black spots so they could do with a clean. The cleaning staff look so busy and were always running about i imagine it’s just lack of staff why they might be missed."
