Shinjuku Prince Hotel
Excellent location but a bit away from the main light rail lines.. very close to all the shops and restaurants in the heart of Shinjuku though. Rooms were small but functional, if you're concerned about the bed, you can ask for additional mattress pads for more "western" style comfort.
