The mezzanine apartment is very comfortable and arranged in two rooms. The terraces has a superb views of the pool, the Sainte-Marie Gardens, and the Pyrenees. The private parking is secured at night.
There is a kitchen area with a washing machine, a brand new chocolate-coloured bathroom, a barbecue, and a flat screen television.
The view on the peaceful terrace make is a really great spot.
If you venture 100 m from the beach, you can enjoy the fish market (also selling other regional produce) and sample your purchases on the barbecue on the terrace at midday or in the evening. The 300 days of wonderful weather a year mean you can count on it beautiful days here.
The year-round temperature here is around 20 ° C. Ste-Marie allows you to really enjoy the terrace in the morning, at midday, and in the evening.

Lovely beach break.
Lovely clean apartment with nice balcony as described. Bit of a pain to bring pillows & bath towels when flying due to luggage constraints. All amenities we required (shops, restaurants, beaches) within a short stroll. Overall a lovely break-thank you.

beautiful and CLEAN
a lovely apartment which was big enough for our needs, very clean and the shower room a real treat. The bed was very comfortable and the terrace was a beautiful space to relax with sun on it for most of the day. easy access to the beach and all the other amenities.
We had a tricky time getting the key as our french isn't up to much but the residence of the apartments were very helpful.
The apartment is on the second floor and not on the ground but i think this wasn't translated well and the fact that we overlooked THE pool made us think there was a pool for our use where in fact we over looked A pool. Not a problem though we had a fabulous time and would definitely consider returning.

Vacances en exigu
L'accueil a été succinct... A prévoir de revoir pour la climatisation et un nouveau parasol ne serait pas un luxe ... Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de wifi ... Bien situé calme .l'appartement nous semble adapté pour 4 personnes pas plus car exigu pour manger ensemble et donne l'impression d'être les uns sur les autres ...
Très belle région !

Séjour à Sainte Marie plage
Appartement bien situé, la personne pour la remise des clés super, la mezzanine ne nous a pas dérangé pour dormir cela suffit et la chambre à bien une fenêtre. Les photos intérieures correspondent bien au site et tout ça sous le soleil = séjour très agréable. Pour le propriétaire quelques petits travaux: une lumière extérieure, le micro onde un peu haut, mettre une porte pour la chambre car le pare vent pas idéale, dans la SDB un support douche et un peu de rayonnages. Merci encore

La vérité
Les photos sont très sympas cependant une fois sur place j'ai eu le plaisir de découvrir une mezzanine ou même un enfant de 10 ans ne tient pas debout. Pour la chambre parentale, il n'y a pas de fenêtre donc pas d'air , merci les odeurs.
Passons par la SDB qui à été riche en émotions , tout d'abord un wc avec comme option "trace de pneu" , la poubelle avait elle aussi l'option "tampon usagé". La douche comprend des traces noir pour le même prix. A notre arrivée nous avons aussi l'immense joie de découvrir une magnifique terrasse dans l'état (sale) avec un étendoir en pièces ainsi que la poubelle principale non vide. Voilà le résumer le plus approprié car je pense qu'il est le reflet de nos vacances. Je souhaite de bonne vacance au propriétaire ainsi cas tous les autres qui iront dans ce beau logement.
