T2 of 40 m². Calm. Comfort. Kitchen open to the dining room equipped with a ceramic hob with 2 burners, microwave, dishwasher, television. Independent bedroom with 1 double bed + TV. Bathroom (bath) electric towel dryer, washing machine, separate WC. Garden furniture (table and 4 chairs).
Shared courtyard with another tenant.

Animals not accepted.

A deposit of 375 euros will be required at the entrance of the premises, it will not be cashed but returned at the exit in case of no damage.
