"This is in a retirement complex within walking distance (1km) of the centre of Lisieux. The room we had was good, with a kitchen with Hob and microwave and a dining area. At the weekend the access to the building is by key code and the reception is not manned all the time. Very quiet. The set up seems quite surreal, but actually works well."

"We have spent amazing vacations in a wonderful house and setting. The house is very well cared and all if made to be enjoyable. Mr and Mme Payret are wonderful hosts and we enjoyed every day of our stay. "We stayed here as a group of 3 families. It’s a spacious house so everyone had plenty of their own space and didn’t get on each others nerves. The property is exactly as described, the pool is wonderful and play barn much better than we anticipated. There is a space outside to play football/cricket so altogether perfect for a family holiday. The host and the property manager were amazing and went above and beyond both before and during our stay. Thoroughly recommend."

"Beautiful property and grounds with lots of sunny spots and shady spots. The pool was beautiful too. We did a couple of day trips out but mostly just chilled out and made use of the pool and table tennis. There was also a tennis court with basket ball hoop but we didn’t use it. Good local supermarkets and we tried the local pizzeria and bakeries - all excellent."
