Very nice villa, newly renovated, ideally situated in a residential area very close to the city center and the beach.
Composition: kitchen, 3x bedroom, 2x bathroom, WC, living room
Amenities: iron & ironing board, bed linen & towels, washing machine, 2x dishwasher, cable tv, terrace, satellite tv, air conditioning, garden, 2x free wireless internet, private parking, free cot in the apartment, no parties, private entrance, 2x shower, toilet, 2x double bed, double sofa bed, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, hot plates, big screen tv, double sofa.
The villa is at 800 meters from the beach and 1 km from the city center (shops, restaurant, etc.) and the marina.
Guarantee deposit of 1500 euros to be left upon arrival (given back the last day), cleaning fees of 150 euros to be paid upon arrival, and a tourist tax of 1,50 € per adult per night (except for airbnb bookings which include them in the quote) to be paid at the booking.
