Modern detached house, 5 rooms, 196 m2, comfortable, year of construction 2009, quiet inland, close to the sea (25kms) and local shops (10 mins). Spacious and bright, ideal for relaxing. Dining room and living room with direct access to the terrace. 14m² living room with flat-screen TV and DVD player. 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm), 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed (1 bedroom with TV). Each bedroom is 16m². Open-plan kitchen 16m² (hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 fridges, freezer, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso-compatible pod coffee maker). Spacious bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, 2 separate WCs. Available: washing machine, cot up to 4 years. Fully enclosed grounds of 5,500 m2, in-ground swimming pool (8mx4m), covered and secured with a pool house. Garden furniture for 7, barbecue. Parking space on plot + individual garage. Table-tennis table, petanque court, artificial turf area for playing or relaxing, mölky game available.

The commune of Ste Gemme offers 5 hiking trails (5kms, 12 kms100, 12 kms 300, 17 kms and 41 kms) to discover on foot, jogging or by bike, or hikes through its 466 hectares of woodland.
Its 11th-century abbey church and adjoining private museum, the Ferme de Magné with its restaurants and animal park, are well worth a visit.

Beautiful stay with family

Who stayed: 2 families with young kids We had an amazing time in Sainte Gemme. The house is beautiful, clean and perfectly set up to welcome families. We really enjoyed the pool! We visited the zoo, La Rochelle and local vineyards while there.

Peaceful and highly comfortable holiday house

Great holiday house, garden and swimming pool. Peaceful... but it means you have to get a car to go visit something or to go eating / shopping.That's the only (little) disadvantage.

Séjour au calme entre amis

Très bon séjour dans un environnement calme et reposant. La maison est pratique. Nous avons particulièrement adoré la grande piscine chauffée et le salon de jardin ombragé. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles. Nous recommandons.

Super logement pour vacances en famille

Super accueil par des propriétaires chaleureux , à l’écoute, aux petits soins pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Cadeau de bienvenue. Maison hyper propre,spacieuse avec tout le confort pour passer de superbes vacances: 2 frigos appréciables quand il fait si chaud, tout l’électroménager pour cuisiner, divans confortables, tv dans la chambre en plus du salon, ….. Une très belle piscine: grande, marches pour descendre dedans, à température idéale et avec un toit coulissant si le temps n’est pas beau….Table de ping-pong, barbecue …. Tout est prévu pour passer un merveilleux séjour. À conseiller sans hésiter

eine fantastische Woche

Wir waren zu fünft mit Hund da, 2 Erwachsene und 3 Teenager und haben alle zusammen die Zeit in diesem wunderschönen toll gelegenen Haus genossen. Vom super freundlichen Empfang bis zur ebenso freundlichen Verabschiedung konnten wir das Haus mit seiner tollen Ausstattung komplett ungestört genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Exellent séjour !

Un petit coin de paradis au calme où tout est présent pour passer un agréable séjour, une maison magnifique avec des grands espaces aussi bien a l'intérieur qu'a l' extérieur , une superbe piscine et sans oublier nos hotes adorables et au petit soin pour leurs vacanciers afin que nous passions des superbes vacances. Calme et tranquillité assurés

Une très belle maison au coeur de la campagne, très spacieuse et bien équipée.Piscine au top, et jardin équipé d un terrain de pétanque très apprécié.Les commerces sont à 5min en voiture et Royan a 30min.Nous avons passé une belle semaine CANICULAIRE, la climatisation aurait été un plus, car même si annoncée dans le descriptif, elle n y est pas, la maison reste fraiche car parfaitement exposée pour, en periode d'été classique, mais pas assez malheureusement pour cette semaine haute en degrés. C est une chose a savoir mais cela ne doit pas vous freiner dans votre choix de louer cette maison si vous cherchez comme nous à vous reposer.

Maison spacieuse et calme

Maison spacieuse, très bien aménagée et équipée, confortable et joliment décorée. Piscine très bien sécurisée pour la tranquillité de tous. Le + pour se ressourcer, Le CALME. Grand jardin tout clôturé, qui fera la joie des boulistes, pongistes, des enfants et des animaux. Commerces proches. Great holiday house and surroundings

We especially loved the location, the very beautiful rural countryside and the small villages in the neigbourhood. The perfect place when you are looking for a very quiet and silent spot. We also liked the house because it is modern and spacious and it stays pleasantly cool inside with hot weather.

Séjour agréable en famille

Notre séjour fut agréable en famille dans une maison spacieuse, confortable, lumineuse, au calme, très belle vue panoramique. Très bien située, l'emplacement de cette maison permet de visiter rapidement la région : Saintes, La Rochelle, Rochefort, Royan, Oléron etc... Logement excellent pour passer des vacances reposantes

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille au calme. La maison est vraiment top, il ne manque rien !! Les enfants étaient heureux de pouvoir profiter d'un très grand espace extérieur (clôturé) avec la piscine. C'est le séjour idéal si vous souhaitez passez des vacances en toute tranquillité ! La voiture est indispensable. Petits commerces à 5kms mais prévoir 30min de route pour aller à la mer, 45min pour le zoo la Palmyre, la Rochelle... Les propriétaires sont adorables, aux petits soins pour les vacanciers, tout est fait pour qu'on passe un bon séjour. Merci de nous avoir si bien accueilli. Mme Delattre

Maison spacieuse et très propre. Literie de très bonne qualité. Très grand jardin (notre chienne a adoré 😁), grande piscine (les enfants ont adoré 😎). Tout est présent pour passer de superbes vacances au calme. À 30-45 min de voiture pour visiter Saintes, Fouras.... Propriétaires sympathiques et à l'écoute. Seuls bémol : un aspirateur trop bruyant et 1 seule SDB pour 8 personnes.

Beau séjour en famille dans un cadre agréable

Belle maison familiale, spacieuse avec terrain immense et clos. La maison est propre et lumineuse. Le chauffage au sol est doux et agréable. Bonne literie, je recommande cette maison qui a rempli tous nos critères. En plus, le propriétaire est très gentil et le petit cadeau de bienvenue est un plus que nous avons apprécié.
