Bedding: 2 x 90, sofa bed. Leisure equipment: terrace furniture, TV, WIFI (free)... Surface area: 42 mÂČ. Swimming pool open from July to August. NEARBY: Opposite the South beach, 200 m from the pedestrian street, and all shops. Bus station: 250m, Bus stop G and J opposite, SNCF train station: 6.3 km, Rochefort thermal establishment 15 m away. TO PAY on arrival: security deposit of €500 for the rental, €70 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Lors de notre arrivĂ©e, les clĂ©s de l’appartement Ă©taient dans la boite Ă  clĂ© codĂ©e de l'agence Century 21 Ă  Fouras.Sur le porte clĂ© figurait le nom SALMON sans aucune autre indication.sur les documents de location, Ă  part l'dresse de l'immeuble, aucun renseignement pour localiser l’appartementArrivĂ©s sur place, nous constatons qu,il y a 2 immeubles A et B avec plusieurs dizaines d'appartements rĂ©fĂ©rencĂ©s avec des lettres et des chiffres (expl: B 504).Aucun rapport avec les clĂ©s en notre possession, mon Ă©pouse Ă  tentĂ© Ă  4 reprises de contacter le portable indiquĂ© par l'agence, sans rĂ©ponse.Nous avons dĂ» appeler la centrale dans le pays Basque qui n'avait pas plus d'information.A force de recherches et de tĂątonnements, nous avons rĂ©ussi Ă  trouver le bon appartement au bout de 2 heures.AprĂšs 7 heures de route nous Ă©tions Ă©puisĂ©s et copieusement agacĂ©s.la collaboratrice de l'agence n'a daigner nous contacter que bien plus tard aprĂšs notre emmĂ©nagement.De plus le mĂ©nage laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer surtout dans les coins, la personne qui Ă©tait intervenue devait souffrir d’arthrose et/ou avoir une mauvaise vue !VoilĂ  en rĂ©sumĂ© les raisons de notre mĂ©contentement.En consĂ©quence, nous ne ferons plus jamais appel Ă  l'agence Century 21 de Fouras, alors que sĂ©journons rĂ©guliĂšrement dans cette commune en louant appartement ou maison.CordialementThierry AVERSO
