Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem Ferienhaus "Petite Villa Guadeloupe" und auf der Insel Guadeloupe. Marie ist eine sehr aufmerksame Vermieterin, hat viele VorschlĂ€ge fĂŒr AusflĂŒge und reagiert sehr schnell auf Fragen. Vielen Dank Marie fĂŒr die schöne Zeit in Deinem Ferienhaus. Im Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden, wir haben nichts vermisst. Mit dem Mietwagen haben wir vom Flughafen bis zum Ferienhaus etwa 45 Minute benötigt. Vom Ferienhaus ist ein schöner Strand zu Fuß (10 bis 15 Minuten) erreichbar, andere StrĂ€nde sind in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten haben wir in Saint-François genutzt. Basse Terre war auch interessant. FĂŒr Wanderungen auf Basse Terre sind teilweise Wanderstiefel notwendig. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und möchte gerne Wiederkommen.

Wir haben zu dritt eine tolle Woche im Haus verbracht. Es liegt mit mehreren anderen HĂ€usern in einem nur durch ein elektrisches Tor zugĂ€nglichen sehr ruhigem Gebiet. Von dort kann man in einer halben Stunde zu Fuß zu einem der schönsten StrĂ€nde in Guadeloupe (Plage de Bois Jolan) spazieren. Oder einfach nur den Pool und das Haus geniessen. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines super. La maison trÚs agréable dans un quartier calme trÚs reposant pour des vacances. La maison ne manque de rien et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine, et la localisation. En cas de souci Marie est disponible.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine de vacances à 4, avec nos deux filles dans la petite villa de Marie. L'emplacement est parfait, proche de Saint Anne et de Saint François mais loin de la circulation. On peut rejoindre à pied 2 plages de la maison. Le petit jardin de la villa est au calme comme une oasis avec sa jolie piscine et sa végétation. Un espace trÚs peu profond dans la piscine a permis à notre fille de 4 ans d'en profiter largement. La maison a tous les équipements nécessaires et à 4 nous étions tout à fait à l'aise. On peut souligner aussi que la literie est d'excellente qualité, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les locations de vacances. Une belle adresse à conserver!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la petite villa avec nos 3 enfants. Maison trÚs bien équipée et confortable. La piscine et sa terrasse arborée sont un vrai plus. L'emplacement de la villa est juste parfait. L'accÚs à la plage par la falaise est surprenante. De belles balades autour. L'hÎte est trÚs accueillante et disponible. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100 %.

TrÚs jolie villa avec piscine, décorée avec soin, à proximité de la plage de Pierre et Vacances (accessible en 10 minutes à pied). Située entre les communes de Ste Anne et St François, tous les commerces sont accessibles en voiture trÚs facilement. Les propriétaires Marie et Anthony ont été trÚs accueillants et réactifs. Nous y avons passé un superbe séjour !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la villa de Marie et avons trouvé qu'elle était trÚs bien situé. Pour 4 adultes, c'était vraiment parfait et les photos représentent parfaitement la villa. Nous la recommandons chaudement!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la Villa de Marie. Nous y avons séjourné 10 jours en mars 2019 avec nos 2 filles. Tout était parfait et conforme aux photos. La Villa est idéalement située (à 10 petites minutes à pieds de la plage et à proximité en voiture des villes de St François et St Anne), parfaitement équipée et propre. Marie a été trÚs arrangeante et disponible pour nous fournir des équipements bébé et pour nous proposer des services annexes (plats mijotés pour notre arrivée, activités possibles, baby-sitting, etc...) Rien à redire: parfait et ravis! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Nous avons passe avec nos 2 enfants (9 mois et 4 ans) un excellent sejour. La maison est bien equipee, la piscine geniale et la localisation ideale ( tres proche de la plage de surf Helleux et de plages plus tranquilles). Une adresse a recommander.

maison charmante, l'extérieur est trÚs joli et agréable à vivre la nouvelle piscine est spacieuse et propre . l'intérieur est également trÚs sympa seul bémol la salle de bain est un peu petite et manque de tablette. Sinon Marie la propriétaire est accueillante

Nous avons passĂ© 10 jours avec nos 2 enfants de 7 et 4 ans dans cette superbe et trĂšs agrĂ©able maison disposant de tout le confort nĂ©cessaire. La maison et la piscine sont trĂšs bien entretenus et idĂ©alement situĂ©s dans un lotissement sĂ©curisĂ© entre Sainte-Anne et Saint-François. L’ensemble des services sont Ă  quelques minutes en voiture, l’accĂšs Ă  la plage en 5 minutes Ă  pieds par une prairie. Marie et Anthony sont trĂšs accueillants et sympathiques et ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs disponibles lorsque nous les avons sollicitĂ©s. Ce fĂ»t un sĂ©jour trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©, nous avons dĂ©couvert avec plaisir la Guadeloupe ! Je recommande vivement cette location Ă  tous. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Marie et Anthony sont des hÎtes charmants qui proposent deux petites villas créoles avec toutes les commodités indispensables. La piscine est bien entretenue tout comme le reste de la maison. La maison est idéalement située entre Sainte-Anne et Saint-François dans une résidence sécurisée. Je conseille vivement cette location.
