The apartment is well equipped, both the kitchen and the laundry. It is spacious for a couple, but a third adult would be tight. The owners were nice and pragmatic when there was an issue with checkin. Luckily since the key is in a lockbox, it all worked out in the end. If you don't speak French be prepared to use translation services as the contract and inventory are in French. We enjoyed the garden area - which was very quiet and the proximity to the beaches. We hope to come back.

Bien qu'étant ici pendant la période de confinement et pour des raisons personnelles dont je me serais bien passées (Papa hospitalisé à Pointe à Pître), j'ai passé de très bons moments dans cet appartement très bien agencé et qui correspondait en tous points à l'annonce. Il ne manque vraiment rien au niveau vaisselle et équipements. La chambre climatisée est très appréciable. La salle de bains est grande et la douche italienne très grande. J'ai beaucoup aimé la terrasse abritée pour prendre ses repas en compagnie des colibris, sucriers et autres petits oiseaux de la nature. La résidence sécurisée est très calme et je ne trouve vraiment aucun point négatif à soulever. Mme Szymczak, qui vous accueille à votre arrivée est très sympathique et réactive. Je reviendrai, c'est certain afin de l'apprécier encore plus dans d'autres circonstances et je vous conseille vivement ce logement.

l'appartement correspondait en tous points à nos attentes L'accueil via Anais était parfait en plus Anais est particulièrement réactive bref si nous séjournons à nouveau en Guadeloupe sans hésiter nous retournerons dans ce logement

nous avons été plus que ravis de l'apt. la localisation (proche de St Anne), la résidence, la disposition et l'accueil, tout était parfait. la descriptif est tout a fait conforme à la réalité: bien équipé et fonctionnel, une terrasse fort agréable en fin de journée pour l'heure du Ti'Punch! à noter, un plus dans la préparation du voyage qui a été "bien carrée", dans le sens où en plus du paiement sur le site, un contrat de location avait été établi nous ne manquerons pas de recommander cette adresse et aussi de la garder pour un prochain séjour. j'ai l'habitude de tjrs mettre un point "négatif", histoire de tjrs s'améliorer, là.....allez, un lave vaisselle serait parfait! mais vraiment, on est sur du détail! bref vous pouvez y aller en toute tranquillité!

Le logement est très confortable, bien agencé, fonctionnel dans une résidence très calme. Sa situation proche de Ste Anne et de ses belles plages (bois jaulan, la caravelle et celle du bourg) en fait un atout incontestable. La résidence bénéficie d’une piscine très agréable.

Appartement fonctionnel dans un très belle résidence sécurisée, avec piscine ensoleillée. Au calme, et réveil aux chants des oiseaux. Situé a 5 min en voiture de la plage de Sainte-Anne. A mon sens, logement plutôt fait pour un couple avec un enfant, mais pas plus, car sinon on est vite a l'étroit. Juste deux petites suggestions: * mettre a disposition une baignoire pour bébé serait le top ! * prévoir une moustiquaire plus grande pour le lit A noter qu'Anaïs a été très disponible et réactive a nos demandes. Très bon séjour au sein de cet appartement qui a satisfait pleinement nos attentes.

Nous avons passé 8 jours dans l'appartement.. Tout s'est très bien passé. Merci à Anais pour son accueil. L'appartement est idéalement situé, bien équipé et propre (piscine et terrasse très appréciable). Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter!

Résidence calme, bien entretenue. L'appartement est tout confort sauf le matelas de la chambre( mal au dos ).Je conseille d'y séjourner, c'est meilleur marché que l'hôtel.

Nous avons été accueillis agréablement par Mme Rodriguez lors de notre arrivée à notre location. Le logement était très bien, propre, bien agencé. Il était décoré avec goût. La terrasse donnait sur un espace verdoyant très bien entretenu. La piscine était très propre. Bref, nous n'avions plus envie de partir. Nous n'avons qu'une hâte y retourner.

Notre séjour a été très agréable et nous avons pu apprécier les belles plages guadeloupéennes.Merci pour l'accueil à l'arrivée et les différentes adresses à avoir: épices,rhum mais aussi resto sympas et sites à voir . Ste Anne est un lieu vraiment à découvrir...une envie:revenir
