Grosse déception
Comment dire, la vue est conforme à la photo de l’annonce mais… Cela cache malheureusement un endroit mal entretenu et qui souffre de l’humidité. Les portes difficiles à fermer, les traces d’infiltration dans les toilettes et surtout le sol rongé par l’humidité près de la salle de bain. J’ai signalé au propriétaire m’être fait mal après avoir chuté dans ce défaut du sol mais aucun message genre « avez toujours mal ou j’en suis désolé » par contre j’ai eu le malheur de casser une lampe ce qui m’a coûté 24.90€ . Pour internet contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, il n’y a aucune connexion, aucune Wifi et malgré un smartphone récent nous n’avions qu’une barre entre 3et 4G. Très déçue et je ne recommande pas du tout

Bien placé, au calme, mais logement vieillissant
Mobil home bie placé pour visiter la région, dans un camping boisé et calme. Le mobil-home est assez vieux et pas tellement entretenu, il mériterait un peu plus d'entretien Pas.de.parasol pour manger dehors donc.les feuilles des arbres tombent dans la nourriture, salon de jardin non nettoyé à notre arrivée, douche avec de la moisissure, ménage plus que succin..... Par.contre, la literie est excellente, nous avons très bien dormi Le petit plus qui fait plaisir, ni avons trouvé une bouteille de cidre et u paquet de biscuit de la région à notre arrivée, petite attention très sympathique. Attention, il vous faudra déclarer votre arrivée à la réception du camping et payer la taxe de séjour sur place ... Pour résumer, nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour et recommandons cette location

Excellente adresse à recommander vivement
Mr Riou est un propriétaire exemplaire Malgré ses occupations professionnelles il est excessivement disponible et à l’écoute Son mobilhome est totalement en adéquation avec les photos propre et confortable En plus de cela il a toujours la petite attention qui fait plaisir ( biscuit breton et cidre gracieusement offert) à notre arrivée et un petit bouquet d’hortensias Nous avions un animal de compagnie il a même pensé à une friandise pour celui-ci Vraiment nous reviendrons chez mr Riou l’année prochaine N’oublions pas toutes les activités que procurent le camping et les alentours Un grand merci à vous pour cette parenthèse de quiétude malgré une période difficile Je recommande ce mobilhome exclusivement À bientôt mr Riou

Le mobil'homme est en soi correct mais le propriétaire nous a fait la surprise de garder la caution de maniere abusive. Nous ne recommandons pas !

Propriétaires accueillants et agréables, au service du client. Location bien située et ombragée Peut etre faudrait il être un peu plus vigilants sur l'état des lieux en fin de séjour ce qui éviterait des "surprises" aux hôtes suivants. Bon rapport qualité / prix
