  • Contemporary yurt (electricity, water) on a large terrace with a large pontoon for fishing and other activities. For a 2 hectare pond.<br>Not overlooked, calm and relaxation guaranteed. Black bass, zander, perch, carp, tench, roach and gudgeon. No-Kill Fishing<br>Yurt, terrace, pontoon finished to be built July 15, 2020 Everything is new!<br>Normal sanitary facilities on septic tank, separate from bathroom, shower and sink.<br>Recommended for 2 adults with 1 or 2 children 31 m2 indoor space.<br>On terrace: hammock, outdoor table for eating.plancha.lounge area,<br>On pontoon: sun loungers<br>A boat and a kayak are available for fishing.<br>Hiking trail in the forest <br>1 km away, access to the Paray le Monial cycle path along the canal/Digoîn and St Yan/Roanne along the Loire.<br><br>A deposit check of 250 euros will be requested at the entrance and returned at the exit <br><br><br>

Great lakeside property.

Great host. Our first time in a yurt which was very comfortable and had everything that we required. Had a fantastic weeks fishing and ideal for all levels of anglers. We are already planning our next visit.

Très belle yourte, dans un immense espace boisé. Un lieu calme et isolé pour se reposer, pêcher, se retrouver entre amis. Bref, un bel endroit et Benoit a été un hôte tout particulièrement accueillant.

Super yourte, super hôte, super ponton (même pas pour la pêche), super étang (baignade, barque), super terrasse, bonne ambiance, loin de tout, pas de voisins, dommage la route derrière... mais un super séjour quand même...

Reposant et paradis pour pêcheur solitaire ou à 2

Idéal pour pêcher tranquillement. Le sanglier qui vient boire au loin le matin, le héron qui pêche, le couple de chouettes qui sort du bois le soir pour venir près de l'étang...... que du bonheur. Les 2 points potentiellement à redire, mais futiles comparés aux points positifs, seraient le bruit de la route et le fait que l'eau dans la yourte soit celle filtrée de l'étang. Mais le propriétaire travaille à améliorer ces 2 points. J'y retournerai, c'est certain !

A refaire avec plaisir hôte très agréable.

Emplacement parfait permettant la visite de plusieurs sites aux alentours,la yourte contemporaine et le cadre sont formidable ainsi que la piste verte pour vélo à proximité,nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Endroit calme et reposant. Top pour les pêcheurs et les familles. Proprio hyper sympa.

Vraiment des bonnes vancances. Jérôme le propriétaire est d'une serviabilité d'une gentillesse et d'une écoute à l attente de ses vacanciers. Bravo à lui. Vraiment un endroit qui nous remets à l'essentiel dans la vie : Simplicité calme, relation, contact avec la nature,... . MERCI

Très bon séjour : se reposer au bord de l'eau dans un espace très bien aménagé où l'on trouve l'essentiel. On perd la notion du temps !

Sehr schön einsam am See gelegen. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Der Steg eignet sich sehr gut für ein Sonnenbad. Im See können auch Kinder stehen.
