"We made this reservation on Hotels.com for two rooms. Upon arrival there was a desk clerk who was rather abrupt with us and told us she did not have the reservation. I explained we booked through Hotels.com and she didn't care and said there was nothing she could do and she stopped assisting us. The other front desk associate, Victoria, was very nice and was trying to help us locate another property. I called Hotels.com and they called the front desk. Apparently it was Hotels.com's fault and...

"After arriving by train we walked up the barren narrow street to a 15 ft medieval door. We pulled a small lever and within a minute someone opened it. We stepped into a literal Oasis. The temperature dropped instantly by about 5 degrees. We were greeted by Dorian…. Who proceeded to welcome us with a drink and tell us about our beautiful home for the next 3 days. We were shown to our suite the “Aphrodite” which had a private large terrace and a small side attached bedroom for our 11 yr old...

"Visiting Collias and stayed at Hotel Restaurant Le Gardon during la canicule (heat wave). Cooling off in the hotel swimming pool was wonderful & drinking a spritz on the Terrance as well. Breakfasts were nice. Didn’t try their dinners, but other hotel guests seemed to have enjoyed them. It’s a friendly place with a friendly staff. It’s worth the drive outside of town - the prices were great."

"Lovely boutique style hotel, in very friendly village, good restaurant close by. The staff were very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Would recommend if travelling in the area."
