"We had a wonderful stay, Jacques and Solange are great hosts. While we were there they kept the pool open for us late in the season. Solange was very helpful with recommendations of places to eat and visit. And Jacques shared his jam and olive spread he made from his own orchard with us. It’s a great quiet location with easy access to explore the many towns in the region. They made our visit very special"

While we would note that the en-suite master comes w a modest caveat in that the bedroom does have an attached room w sink and shower but the toilet is a actually across the hall. "What a wonderful villa - we liked it so much that on the first night we booked two weeks next year! The villa is large, very spacious and effectively split across many levels and spaces. With two adults (parents), an adult eldest child and a teenage child, there was space enough for all of us to come together for meals and socialising but also space to sit quietly on our own reading a book or sunbathing. "For our group of 8 adults and 4 young children, the villa had everything we needed and the sea views are perfect. Like most of the other reviewers we didn’t find the trains a problem but they are very regular (4 or 5 an hour). We had a few other issues. When we arrived, the pool water was green and cloudy. The owners came to fix the problem but the process took 4 visits to clear and get the pH correct so we couldn’t use the pool for 2 days in total. We had clean the dust from two of the basement...

"The big surprise plus was the salt water pool Loved that. A big long pool deep enough to dive was great so lots of competitions between the families - including boules and ping pong. We were 11. The other thing was a/c in all the rooms if you wanted it. Though we didn’t need it. Fabulous outdoor kitchen was a big bonus too. "We really enjoyed staying at Mas d’Azur/Oliviers last week and found the property perfect. We had three bedroom and used two. The property was super we-well equipped with ovens, toaster, tea pot (!) crockery, pans, cutlery, eco cleaners, electric blinds, comfy sofa and chairs, towels, excellent beds etc etc. The hosts provided really useful books and leaflets. The location and view are great and you can walk into the town in around 30 minutes if you wanted to. Valérie is a great host and very responsive, nothing is too much trouble.
