The second bedroom is slightly larger, measuring 13 m², and has a 140 cm bed, a closet, and an additional 90 cm pull-out bed, making it perfect for families or small groups. The bathroom is compact but functional, with a sink and a separate toilet for added convenience.
The 40 m² private courtyard is a true highlight, providing a peaceful outdoor space with garden furniture under a trellis, perfect for dining, reading, or simply unwinding in the fresh air.
The house is equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a TV, a 4-burner gas stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kitchen utensils, and small appliances. A washing machine is also available for your use.
