"Very friendly and hospitable staff who made us and our two small dogs very welcome. The hotel is charming, clean, and comfortable. The views are absolutely stunning - sitting on our terrace, or on the breakfast room with its picture windows, and looking at the magnificent ocean was wonderful. It's a short and lovely walk along the coast to restaurants and then a bit further to the centre of Batz-sur-Mer. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!"

"We had a lovely stay at the Hotel de la Plage, we had seen it feature in the film Mr Hulot's Holiday and it was lovely to stay in this beautiful location. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful and breakfast was good. We ate in the on-site restaurant in the evening but it seemed it was not part of the hotel. Only thing I would mention is the lack of toiletries provided, you will need to take your own, there is a soap dispenser next to the wash basin and shower but difficult to reach...
