Bright and with unobstructed views on both sides, the apartment is located on the third floor with elevator and comprises :

- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out;
- two terraces and parking.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee pod machine, fridge, fan, microwave, oven, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

One of the apartment's strong points is its location. It is :

- 100 m from Veillat beach and the town center.

## Emplacement
Once a fishing village, Saint-Raphaël is now a sports and cultural town and a seaside resort popular with tourists. The city offers a great diversity of landscapes and activities and is divided between the old town, the various ports and beaches. The city extends over 36 kilometers of coastline and offers thirty beaches of fine sand or pebbles, from the city center to the borders of the Alpes-Maritimes. With all the pleasures of water activities such as sailing, swimming, fishing and diving, waterside walks, as well as a maritime archaeological museum. You can also discover many cultural places such as the old town, the Romanesque church Saint-Rafeu, the Basilica Notre-Dame de la Victoire or the Bonaparte garden.
