Villa Leynie – Countryside Retreat with Heated Pool and Dordogne Views

Welcome to Villa Leynie, a beautifully renovated 290 m² farmhouse set on a private one-hectare estate in the tranquil countryside of Saint-Privat-en-Périgord. With its breathtaking panoramic views, heated pool, and authentic character, this villa is ideal for family holidays, peaceful getaways, or quality time with friends.



Take advantage of the private heated outdoor pool (10m x 4m, depth 1.50m), available from May to October and equipped with a child-safety alarm. The pool is maintained every two days and open until 10 PM, perfect for sunset swims. The outdoor area also includes a private garden, a covered terrace, an open-air terrace, and a barbecue for unforgettable al fresco dining.

The villa features 6 cozy bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests:

On the ground floor, you’ll find a large living and dining area with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped modern kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom with Italian-style shower, and a WC. Upstairs includes a master suite with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom, and two additional bedrooms (one with a washbasin).



There are 3 bathrooms (all with showers, no bathtub) and 2 separate toilets. All mattresses are new and high quality, and each bedroom is equipped with a premium Dyson fan for your comfort. The ground floor stays naturally cool thanks to excellent insulation.
