La maison est très bien située à Saint Pierre Quiberon. Le jardin est très agréable, l'environnement est calme. Cependant la maison date de fin 1970 et est restée dans son jus : moquette à l'étage, cuisine peu pratique avec des équipements obsolètes et des ustensiles de cuisine hors d'âge : casseroles, poêles, vaisselle inadaptée, pas de plats de taille correcte, pas de lave-vaisselle. Dans la pièce à vivre, la tapisserie a été retirée des murs qui sont restés à l'état brut. Le prix de la location est trop élevé par rapport à la prestation, la situation de la maison n'est pas suffisante pour le justifier.
