Location charmante

Nous avons trouvĂ© la location bien placĂ©e et idĂ©ale pour un groupe (5 familles) en intĂ©rieur (grandes piĂšces de vie) et en extĂ©rieur (petite cour avec tables). Fabrice le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs accueillant. Point d'amĂ©lioration peut-ĂȘtre, mettre plus de couverts et de verres en cuisine.

TrÚs mauvais rapport qualité/prix

Nous sommes venus Ă  11 personnes pour 3 nuits Ă  la Chaloupe fin dĂ©cembre. Nous avons payĂ© 1780€ auxquels il a fallu rajouter (sans que cela soit indiquĂ© sur le site Abritel) 100€ en option pour le linge et 150€ obligatoires pour le mĂ©nage des chambres uniquement (cĂ d qu'il fallait quand mĂȘme faire le mĂ©nage des piĂšces principales), Le salon, la salle Ă  manger et la cuisine sont spacieux mais assez dĂ©fraichis. CĂŽtĂ© chambres, les 2 Ă  l'Ă©tage sont trĂšs correctes mais les 4 extĂ©rieures sont trĂšs inconfortables et humides, voire insalubres. Il y en a mĂȘme une sans WC ni salle de bain (seulement 1 Ă©vier en inox...) alors qu'elles sont indĂ©pendantes et donnent sur la cour (pas de photos de ces chambres sur le site Abritel). ProblĂšmes de sĂ©curitĂ© : Un escalier extĂ©rieur glissant et sans rampe, assez dangereux Installation Ă©lectrique compliquĂ©e voire dangereuse, les lumiĂšres de la cuisine reliĂ©es directement au tableau Ă©lectrique et que l'on doit manƓuvrer aux disjoncteurs Des lave-vaisselles en hauteur mais non fixĂ©s, entre autres ... En conclusion : nous ne sommes absolument pas satisfaits, le tarif est exorbitant en regard de la prestation fournie.

Our family holiday in Quiberon

We found the property was in an amazing position a short walk from a delightful beach BUT it was in need of renovation and very run down. The cooker was not working properly and was badly in need of a thorough clean..or preferably replacement, and the cutlery was inadequate. All the frying pans were nonstick and scratched so that we could bit use them. The showers were in e sorry state with dirty grouting and very dirty shower curtains. We saw a rat running across the kitchen floor. All in all we felt it was over priced and would like to have compensation of at least 500euros.

Malentendus sur le petit dĂ©jeuner inclu....mais propriĂ©taire plutĂŽt arrangeant pour laisser des affaires aprĂšs l’heure de dĂ©part. Annonce qui prĂȘte sans doute Ă  confusion : linge de lit et de toilette NON fournis pour la prestation gĂźte Pas de contrat de location Enfant des propriĂ©taires qui ne fait pas ses nuits ....(et qui dort juste au dessus !)

nous avons passes des bonnes vacances ;mais pas grace a Abrite lqui n avait fait aucune reservation pour nous a la chaloupe Kerostein en Bretagne mais qui avait encaissÚ le paiement depuis le mois d Avril pour juillet.Mr SY de la chaloupe et intervenu .Pour nous loger ailleurs mais nous n avions pas de cuisine ce qui nous a occasionnÚs des frais de restauration supplementaire ;je vous demande une reparation financiere a hauteur de 250 e dans l attente de votre reponse recevez mes salutations PS: je vous precise que venant de Marseille 1200kms votre erreur nous a fortement perturbés

Un hĂ©bergement propre, simple et absolument charmant entre cĂŽte sauvage et plage plus calme de la baie. Mais ce que l'on retient avant tout, c'est l'accueil chaleureux et tellement sympathique de Fabrice et Soizic ! on a beaucoup ri, on s'est rĂ©galĂ© tous les soirs : la presqu'ile de Quiberon sans la Chaloupe, c'est un peu comme un crĂȘpe sans une bolĂ©e de cidre. C'est certain, j'aurai envie d'y retourner !

Conforme et tres bien accueillis

Tout est conforme aux descriptions faites par les diffĂ©rents sites. Fabrice et sa compagne Soizic sont trĂšs sympa et veillent continuellement au bien ĂȘtre de leurs hĂŽtes. Quant la mĂ©tĂ©o est bonne, des activitĂ©s nautiques telles que pĂȘche, plongĂ©e, ski nautique, ballade en bateau, ... sont possible.

Chez Fabrice , l'acceuil est trÚs convivial , dés l'arrivée nous sommes tous invités à l'apéro , avec des spécialités du pays ( rillettes de thon, vernis,ect...) ensuite nous passons à la table d'hÎte ou nous avons eu l'occasion de déguster un excellent et copieux plateau de fruit de mer avec une tablée des plus sympathique.Les chambres sont agréables et décorées avec goût .Une adresse que nous retiendrons et que nous ferons partagées a nos amis .Encore un grand merçi Fabrice. Tres bonnes vacances dans une tres belle region, beaucoup de choses a faire.(merci a Fabrice pour ses talents de guide touristique et pour le tour en bateau) On s'est regalé aux tables d'hotes dans une ambiance vraiment conviviale. Mignone petite chambre, vivement l'année prochaine!
