  • Large and very comfortable villa, with no overlooking neighbours, rated 4 stars, of 178m² on a plot of 1000m² with a heated swimming pool of 8m x 4m from April to October. The pool heating dates may vary depending on the weather.

    Resolutely oriented towards high-end with furniture and high-quality supplies, the property also has the advantage of discretion. Separate kitchen, 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites, it is decorated with taste and personality. In total therefore 3 shower rooms and 3 toilets of which 2 are independent.

    Halfway between the town (1.2km) and the sea (900m), it is ideally located for peaceful family holidays, and will allow those who wish to enjoy the surrounding entertainment without major travel.

    A set of very nice amenities which remains rare on Oléron. Not to be missed. 1 filter coffee maker and 1 Dolce Gusto type coffee maker at your disposal. The cleaning package includes linen rental and beds made on arrival.

    Internet connection ok. Secure parking. The pool is equipped with a fence (installed on request) in addition to the alarm. Good deal regarding bike rental with promotional code.

Ein Ferienhaus der Spitzenklasse. Ansprechend und originell eingerichtet, gepflegt und mit allem Erforderlichen ausgestattet. Saubere und angenehme Matratzen. Der Pool sauber, pünktlich gewartet und gut temperiert. Die Gartenanlage gepflegt. Der Außengrill funktionabel und praktisch. Die persönliche Betreuung durch die Kontaktperson der Agentur hervorragend.

au centre de l'ïle

Nous avons apprécié la réactivité du gérant qui nous a changé la machine à café en une journée. Et réparé un store défectueux très rapidement. La maison est bien agencée avec de grandes terrasses pour se reposer et/ou dîner. Nous avions loué des vélos et avons pu faire de belles balades sur l'île. Le seul bémol est que la maison se situe un peu loin à pied de la plage et des commerçants. (2km), mais ça se fait trés bien en vélo.
