Small perfectly located vacation home!

The location of the house is optimal, in the middle but quiet, close to the beach. The surrounding area has many attractive localities. The house itself is well equipped. Nothing is missing. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Maison très agréable à vivre et très bien équipée.Situation pratique à proximité immédiate du port, des restaurants et des petites rues commerçantes. La plage est à une centaine de mètres; cette partie de la côte est cependant moins adaptée à la baignade que les stations balnéaires de l’autre côté de l’île.

Ruhige, zentrale Lage. Nur wenige Meter zum Strand sowie zum kleinen Ort mit vielen Restaurants, Fisch- und Austerngeschäften. Lebendige sommerliche freundliche Stimmung. Tolles Radwegenetz über die ganze Insel. Sehr schön!

Super séjour, charmante maison et petit bémol.Maison en plein centre de la Cotinière, à 2 minutes de la plage et des commerces, bien équipée, fonctionnelle et au calme (ce qui est précieux!).Le bémol vient de:- La propreté du logement à notre arrivée. En aucun cas dramatique mais pas satisfaisant,- Nous n’avons pas pu réalisé l’état des lieux d’entrée. Nous sommes arrivés tard le samedi et nous devions donc être recontactés le lundi mais ça n’a pas été le cas.- Nous n’avons pas été avertis que de 19h00 à Minuit l’accès de la maison en voiture est difficile car elle se situe dans la zone piétonne. - La gestion des poubelles (qui n’ont pas été vidées bien que nous les ayons sorties),Merci à la responsable du logement pour sa gentillesse qui nous a fait (encore plus) regretter notre départ.

Habitat sympa et bien équipé.

Bien dans l'ensemble mais les français dorment toujours dans des lits de 140 cm!! Et nous sommes en 2025.Environs sympathiques mais plages peu engageantes.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Wir haben in diesem wirklich schönen Ferienhaus eine sehr entspannte und erholsame Zeit auf der Insel erlebt. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Tres bien !

Séjour en famille

Nous avons trouvé la maison parfaitement localisée du fait de l'immédiate proximité avec le coeur du village. Ce fut pratique de ne pas devoir prendre le véhicule. La terrasse exposée sud permet de prendre les repas à l'abri des regards et avec la seule compagnie des mouettes. Tout le nécessaire est présent dans la maison qui est agréable à vivre. Il faut néanmoins réparer le portail d'entrée qui ne ferme pas. Nous recommandons cette location.

Logement très bien situé et extrêmement bien équipé. Son emplacement permet de laisser la voiture au repos durant le séjour. Suggestion : changer la literie. Mais super adresse pour arpenter l’île d’Oléron ou profiter de la plage à quelques pas du logement

Nous avons passé 3 semaines de vacances parfaites dans cette maison. L’équipement est très bon, l’emplacement idéal. Proche de la mer, proche du port et pourtant très calme.

réalité plus belle que les photos

Le lieu est à proximité de la mer. ( à 200 m environ ) et très calme ; la maison a été entièrement rénovée et dispose de tous les moyens pour y vivre confortablement . C'est au plein coeur de La Cotinière , avec tous les commerces à proximité . Pour faire des randonnées , c'est moins pratique
