Superb Cotinarde house entirely renovated and tastefully furnished. 200m from the Cotinière beach, 400m from shops and the lively town centre. 1 bedroom with a 160 bed, another side garage with a 140 bed and a last bedroom with 2 single beds. Filter coffee maker and Nespresso available. Close to all amenities, yet set back from the road, providing this little piece of paradise with real assets for tailor-made holidays. Cycle paths 50m away. No opposite neighbours, 3 parking spaces. No wifi but 4G box. You will only regret one thing, not being able to stay longer! Tourist tax potentially due on arrival depending on the period, and if not mentioned in the quotation. Bed and household linen optional, pets welcome. FR9LAT4J
