  • To rent our charming new house, all comfort of 75 m2, quiet in a small picturesque village on the island of Oléron for 4 people, including:
    - living room with fitted kitchen area. and fitted (oven, microwave, dishwasher, bar, etc.) dining-living room area with TV, DVD player, TNT, as well as a BZ,
    - 2 large bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes (140 cm beds, new bedding), baby bed, changing mat, baby bath and high chair, -
    - bathroom with separate wc,
    - 20m2 terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs, enclosed garden of 200m2 with trees.
    - washing machine and storage room,
    - electric heating, electric ceiling fan.
