D’une première chambre deux couchages (160), d’une seconde salle d’eau avec douche et WC. A l’étage, d’un WC indépendant, d’une seconde chambre deux couchages (140), d’une troisième chambre deux couchages (140 + lits superposés 90). En extérieur, cour privative avec terrasse carrelée et mobilier de jardin, une séconde terrasse en bois. Stationnement sur le terrain.
