Beautiful house typical from Oleron

  • Beautiful fisherman's house representing the authenticity of the Oléronais style of the 30s.
    Passed down by my grandparents and after major restoration and modernization work carried out with respect for the place, this large family home surrounded by an enclosed garden can accommodate up to 5 people, a pet has come well.
    Ideally located, close to the sea and its supervised beaches, as well as the fishing port, all activities can be carried out on foot.
    it is perfect for all families wishing to go for walks thanks to the cycle paths that line the Île d'Oléron as a whole
    Come and discover the Island of LIGHT which is doing well, by putting down your suitcases at 14 avenue des pins in La Cotinière La Villa les Flots and I are waiting for you for a pleasant stay.

Very nice house, great location and with everything you need :-)

Very relaxed, house with a lot of space and very comfortable, kitchen and bathroom in modern state, very nice garden / terrace to enjoy the evenings with barbecue or playing games. Great location, very close to shops and restaurants. Very good in total, we were very satisfied. Nice contact with the house owner :-)

Superbe maison oléronnaise très bien rénovée. Avec tout le confort que l'on peut souhaiter. Parking à l'intérieur de la propriété. Coins repas et salon dans le jardin. Véranda pour les jours mitigés. Extrêmement bien située à 2 pas du port de la Cotinière à pieds ainsi que de la plage. Situation géographique idéale pour découvrir l'île d'Oléron dans sa totalité. Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite et envisageons d'y revenir. A recommander sans hésiter.

Excellent séjour à la Cotinière !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette location où l'on s'est senti tout de suite bien.La maison est chaleureuse, bien située, à deux pas des commerces, du port et de l'Océan.Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la Propriétaire, avec une gentille attention de bienvenue que nous avons appréciée.Le soleil était au rdv, tout était réuni pour des vacances parfaites. Een heerlijk licht huis op n super locatie. Van alle gemakken voorzien. De haven, winkels én het strand allemaal binnen 5 minuten te voet. Alleen jammer dat er nergens staat aangegeven dat de electra apart betaalt moet worden.

Près des commerces et du port. Propriété fermée avec parking voiture. Accueil chaleureux de la part de la propriétaire. De nombreuses pistes cyclables pour circuler à vélo en toute sécurité

Séjour vacances d'avril

Séjour en famille très réussi. La maison est très bien située près du centre ville et a quelques minutes à pied de la plage, des pistes cyclables à proximité. Nadine est très accueillante. Le plus : une véranda très lumineuse et au soleil le matin.
