- On the hills of Saint-Gilles Les Bains my home is close to beaches (5 minutes drive), supermarket within walking distance, 20 minutes walk from downtown. Enjoy my apartment for its charm, tranquility, situated in a quiet, practical and accessible side. My accommodation is perfect for couples, business travelers and families (with children).
Nice T3 in residence at 60m above sea level. 62m2 area with a terrace of 12m2 and 2 parking spaces in private secure parking. Ideal for 4 people.
