It's a relative big 3 star hotels. The room is very small an no lift in the building, but it is value for money. The hotel also comes with a pool and has lots of parking spaces. Not much restaurants around. Burger King and a big supermarket is not far from the hotel.

Great family resort
Our family (2 adults and 1 child) cannot speak french but it did not matter. The reception and tour desk staff could speak great English and were very friendly and helpful. The room had a small but handy kitchenette which gave us the option of cooking when we felt like it. Close to supermarket and a couple of family restaurants, but about 30 minute walk to main part of Saint Gilles les Bains (Aquarium, Roche Noire, etc). Having said that, les aigrettes bus stop is very close. Lovely pool and very popular with families. We had a great stay here!

Comfortable and affordable for our family of five. Great pool, pricey but comprehensive breakfast, and the bar surprisingly gave us the best coffee we had in Reunion. The reception staff speak English which was nice for Reunion. A tiny kitchenette was fine for cooking basic meals. Really a family type hotel - the shops and restaurants are a way away so self-catering works well. We were there in school holidays and the pool was overrun with kids, great for us but I felt sorry for anyone there without children! The hotel is off the road to the Bassin des Aigrettes, which is a fun must-visit.

It was short but sweet. The hotel staff are friendly and gave advice on what to see and do. My only criticism was that we did not get fresh towels.

Nice place stay as a base to visit with a car
We had a nice stay at this hotel/residence. Staff at the front-desk was always friendly. The room have a mini-kitchen allowing to do some cooking. We had a family apartment in the back of the property, and the Wifi signal was very weak there with the connection hard to keep going from the upstairs desk area. Even though we visited a peak season, there was always enough parking no matter the time of the day or night we were coming back.

Convenient and family friendly hotel
The hotel is alright. Seems to be popular with families with children. Kitchen is super small for the duplex so not convenient if want to cook. Would have appreciated luggage service as it is quite a walk from front desk to room. The front desk lady was kind enough to help with lugagge when she showed us the room. Close to supermarket and few shops. Has some street vendors on weekend that sells bbq stuff. We love it. Cheap and yummy.

Great staff, delightful ambiance.
The staff was very helpful. The room was homey and the way they light up the pool at night is magical.
