"Had a lovely stay at the property but there were a few annoying points. Leading up to the stay I tried to contact them via Expedia and email to request ground floor access but got no response! Parking spaces are very tight, even with a reasonably small car, very difficult getting in and out, almost impossible with a baby. "My family and I stayed for 5 days at the residence (not at the hotel). The duplex apartment had seen better days and was not very clean but it was functional with a large balcony. Ker Juliet is a bit away from downtown Pornichet but next to a beautiful beach and walkway along a cliff. There are also a few stores nearby (bakery, boucherie, grocery store). We were surprised to find the downstairs bedroom was not self-contained, so the other couple had to walk through to access the very steep stairs, the bathroom and the lavatory. "I had long dreamed of the perfect French resort hotel on a quiet beach on the basis of the Jaques Tati film. The location is still lovely with a golden sand beach, a sunny southern aspect and the same rocks as in the film. The hotel has areas such as staircases and corridors that are tired but the rooms are fine (although small) and the breakfast area great. Also the bar outside is welcoming. Reception, notably Antoine, were very helpful. "
