J’ai séjourné deux nuits, du 11 au 13 juin, dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles et je suis déçu de mon expérience. L’état de la chambre et de certains équipements ne correspondait pas, selon moi, au niveau attendu pour un établissement de cette catégorie. De plus, la chambre n’a pas été refaite après la première nuit, ce qui est surprenant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. J’ai également trouvé que le service était très minimaliste et en dessous de ce que l’on peut attendre d’un établissement affichant ce standing. J’ai déjà séjourné dans des hôtels 3 étoiles offrant une meilleure qualité de service. Enfin, la demande d’une caution de 150 € à l’arrivée a été une mauvaise surprise, d’autant plus que cette information n’était pas suffisamment mise en avant lors de la réservation. Au vu de mon expérience, le rapport entre le classement annoncé et la qualité réelle des prestations ne m’a pas semblé satisfaisant.
