"Apart from a few cobwebs (which can appear in moments), the accommodation was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable and the general feel of the place was appealing; it was very quiet at night, alarm clock was not needed thanks to the very regular dawn chorus of the local cockerels and chickens! The house is just a 10 minute drive from a lovely town and shops for groceries. The hosts even organised for us to go horse-riding at their horse riding school which was a great experience. Relais d'Amboise - The Leading Hotels of the World

10/10 Excellent
"Elegant, clean, exquisite, and unbelievably beautiful-right on the Loire River and under an actual castle. The staff was incredibly attentive. Hakim was wonderful and offered ideas for favorite sights in Amboise. Valet parking. The restaurants were about a 10 minute walk. It is notable that the walk to and from the active restaurant area is very dark, unlit, at night. The ONLY issue. It was a fairy tail visit."
