A Great, Quiet Stay

This VRBO was perfect! We were just passing through the Tours area with a group of 5 adults. There were enough beds for everyone, the stairs were steep but quite fun to use as well! There is a bakery right beside, a grocery store within walking distance, and enough parking nearby! Super clean place and the coffee machine was a hit in the morning.

Great location

Immaculate home in a perfect Loirre spot. We stayed 3 days. For older folks the spiral stairs take a minute to get used to. There is a bakery 50 feet away.

Loire Valley Visit

We recently visited the Loire Valley with our family of four adults. This loft was well equipped and modern. Washer/dryer and drying rack appreciated. There was some construction on the street in front of the building, but we were able to access the unit from the back lane. If you have mobility issues, the stairs would be a challenge but they were not a concern for us. Quick response from owner with any questions. Overall an excellent place and we would stay here again.

Pour rappel information logement non adapté aux personnes ayant problème de santé et jeunes enfants : escalier en colimaçon sans rambardes pour accéder aux chambres . Échange avec le propriétaire en direct car problème de détection lumières dans escalier : on a été obligé à ôter les lumières car s'allume en permanence et clignote Propriétaire s'est engagé à faire intervenir un électricien. Logement avec tout le nécessaire en cuisine. Salle de bain : lavabo de sanitaires très très petit Pas de jardin Pour escale courte c'est très bien

Séjour très bref (arrivée à 23h00, départ le lendemain à 9h30). Nous étions 7 adultes. L'appartement est petit mais très bien agencé, confortable, agréable, pratique et bon marché par rapport à la concurrence. Je recommande.

Pause à Montlouis-sur-Loire

De passage par Tours pour le week-end, nous avons séjourné, entre amis, chez David. L'appartement est très agréable, la décoration est réalisée avec goût. Les échanges par mail avant notre arrivée ont été cordiaux et efficaces.

Les chambres et la salle de bains sont assez petites, mais l'espace est bien utilisé. Il faut faire très attention quand on monte ou descend l'escalier.

Great little apartment next to Tours

Our family of 5 stayed in this great apartment with very efficient use of space in a beautiful village outside Tours. Check-in was super easy and David was really responsive and easily reachable. The apartment is nicely decorated in a simple modern way and it can comfortably accommodate a family with older children (above 6 or 7 yo). The staircase is steep and not appropriate for very young children. Overall, it was a great stay.
