Stylish Oceanview Loft
55+ sq Loft style condo located behind the prestigious Grand Be Hotel with a view from the sea. The cush space is situated on a quiet street and boasts windows on both sides of the property, with both the kitchen and the bedroom having water views. Being located on the 2nd (US 3rd + 4th Floor), the flat has lots of light during the day. Windows are newly double-paned with water views from the dining and bedroom areas. There are well-working electric heaters in every room in the house, including the shower room. The living room is made to lounge with two incredibly comfortable and stylish sofas, both of which can be used for sleeping. Guests can stay in comfort in the living without disturbing the upstairs tenant with a locked door and access to all the amenities, including a shower room, bathroom, kitchen, and door to the outside. Partying or Smoking is NOT permitted on the premises. Serious injuries only. Thank you for your interest.
