THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is very popular for both its location and its comfort. One of the assets of the apartment is its garage because in St Malo, it is extremely difficult to find a parking space It is located on the second floor without elevator.
It comprises : - Entrance, - Living room: TV, HiFi, WI Fi - Bedroom n ° 1: 1 bed of 160 - Bedroom 2: 2 beds of 90, computer and printer - Bathroom with a very large shower, mahogany floor and mahogany furniture. - Fully equipped kitchen +++: washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer, dish washer, pyrolise oven, microwave, electric kettle etc.... - separate WC - Balcony, from which you can see the sea and Dinard (see photos).
Rue de l'Orme 500m, fishmonger, butcher, Bordier butter which is renamed, and at the bottom of this street market Tuesday and Friday. Other major markets in other parts of the city.
Do not forget to go to the city of Aleth with the Solidor Tower (museum of Cape Horniers), take a tour of Cité, panoramic view of the Rance, and the bay of St Malo. And especially a tower of ramparts with a breathtaking view of the bay. The entrance to the ramparts is 50 meters from the apartment.
You can also park in the courtyard of the building, but the places are not nominative, it is sometimes difficult to find one, especially the summer!

We had a lovely stay in Saint Malo at Joelle’s apartment. The location is great and very near shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is very well equipped, with comfortable beds and everything you need for a relaxing stay. We were met by Myriam, who gave us the keys and explained everything we needed to know. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this apartment .
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint-Malo dans l'appartement de Joëlle !L'appartement est hyper fonctionnel, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi.Le garage est évidemment un énorme avantage quand on réside intra-muros, c'est vraiment un luxe.La rue est très calme, ce qui permet de profiter de la vie intra-muros sans les nuisances sonores que certains pourraient craindre quand la vie nocturne en ville n'est pas dans nos habitudes.Enfin, le contact avec Joëlle et le contact qui nous a remis les clés a été très fluide et amical.Je recommande !
Het verblijf is heel smaakvol ingericht en ruim. Ook dicht bij zee het strand is 2 min lopen.ook de inpandige grote! garage . Super fijn ook voor de e-bike.

Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und stilvoll eingerichtet mit einem tollen Ausblick vom Balkon aus aufs Meer. Sehr schöner Strand, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants, tolle Altstadt sind in direkter Nähe. Vielen Dank an Joelle für ihre ausgesprochene Gastfreundschaft.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos deux enfants. L’appartement est idéal à quelques pas à peine de la plage et des lieux incontournables.
En plus de l'emplacement, le garage est un véritable luxe dans cette citée très appréciée des touristes. Les lits sont confortables et l'appartement adéquat pour 4 adultes. Myriam nous a bien accueillis à notre arrivée et Joëlle a toujours été à l'écoute de nos demandes de renseignements. Très bon séjour.
50 m und durch die alte Stadtmauer und man ist am Strand, 100 m und man ist mitten im touristischen Treiben durch die Altstadt. Gleichzeitig ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge entlang der nördlichen Küste. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable, profité de la plage située à quelques mètres de l’appartement, flâné dans les jolies rues Intra Muros de St Malo, se restaurer dans les nombreux restaurants et goûter aux gâteaux xxl de chez Timothy conseillé par Brigitte!

L appartement est charmant, douillet et d un équipement rare. La salle de bain est sublime (on se croirait à bord du Belem).
Le garage, spacieux, est un atout inestimable dans cette cité ou se garer peut vite tourner au cauchemar.
Charmant appartement, très bien situé intras muros de Saint Malo avec en prime un box fermé !! Tout est à proximité et on peut tout faire à pieds... on a adoré en famille.

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks in July. It was lovely, very comfortable, with a kitchen containing everything one would need. Best of all, it is away from the crowds and two minutes from what we felt was the best beach in St Malo: Plage du Mole. There is Casino market one block away where one can buy food essentials. Our landlady, Joëlle was extremely friendly and helpful, a lovely lady! We did not have a car, and did not need one. The size of the tides in St Malo are amazing and must be experienced! At low tide one can walk for miles!
L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Un petit côté comme à la maison. Situation idéale avec des commmerces à proximité et surtout à 30m de la plage du môle. Le parking donne un atout supplémentaire à cet appartement.
Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cet appartement idéalement situé à deux pas de tous les commerces mais dans une rue hypercalme et juste à côté de la de la plage du Môle.
L'appartement est très propre, lumineux, confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour et le garage est un plus très très appréciable.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Anne le jour de notre arrivée
Joëlle, la propriétaire de l'appartement a été tout simplement merveilleuse, d'une gentillesse naturelle, à l'écoute et ayant le souci constant du bien être de ses locataires, bien que n'étant pas sur place.
Nous ne pouvons que conseiller fortement cette location dans laquelle nous serons heureux de revenir
pour un prochain séjour à Saint Malo

The property is perfectly placed near shops and staggeringly beautiful beaches and architecture to be seen best from the ramparts.
The owner is lovely and the apartment is really arty and quirky with everything you could need and more.
Parking easy once you are used to it and the garage is very large.

Un appartement très confortable et très bien situé intra muros à St Malo! Il n'y manque rien et Joëlle la propriétaire est aux petits soins!!! Une adresse qu'on a envie de garder pour soi!!
