Rent T2 completely new completely renovated by an architect during the 1st quarter of 2014 and completed in June 2014, located on the 2nd floor of a building in the heart of the privateer city and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It is located 164 meters from Bon Secours beach, 150 meters from the cathedral and in the immediate vicinity of historic monuments, museums, art galleries and restaurants.

The owner is very helpful, she even leant us her pass for the underground car park. The apartment is right in the middle of the old town, is very quiet and has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay.
Location, parking, patio - we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very well equipped and extremely clean. Liliane was a lovely host and we highly recommend this apartment!
Liliane sent terrific directions to the apartment, met us at the door, explained everything. Fuĺly stocked apartment, exceptionally clean, centrally located. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is spotlessly clean & in a wonderful location. We were able to walk everywhere and anything we needed was in the apartment.
For us the only negative was meeting host to collect key and parking pass. A vague location was provided only short time before & due to heavy traffic in high tourist area it was difficult for us to find. We do not speak French & host no English so all messages were translated via app which made it more difficult & meant delays. A map of where to meet (away from congestion) provided the day before, with images, would have been really helpful and made it less stressful and easier for everyone. This could easily be adopted and would be so helpful, especially when guests are not familiar with the area.
We had a wonderful stay in Honfleur.
Brilliant accommodation and a great host.

A lovely apartment in a great location - Liliane is a perfect host
We had a wonderful time in St Malo and this spacious apartment was the perfect location to walk to all of the great places. Liliane is a wonderful host- picked us up and brought us to the train station. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend it to others
Beautiful apartment in the heart of Saint Malo. Easy to walk everywhere. Lovely host and the apartment has everything you could need including a lovely little balcony to sit on and watch the crowds go by.
Clean and near everything. Nice little kitchen and Lillian was the best property manager you could hope for. Parking outside the walls was great and easy to navigate
Liliane could not have been more helpful. The apartment has everything you could need, including a small balcony overlooking one of the main intra-muros streets, but is not noisy. So pleased we chose this apartment for our four days in St Malo.
This was our second stay at the property and it was equally enjoyable as our first. Communication with Liliane is always easy and she was very kind in her flexibility with regard to the checking in/departure times. We wholeheartedly recommend Liliane and her property in an amazing location. We have no hesitation in awarding 5 stars.

Wonderful apartment inside the walled area of Saint Malo making it very easy to walk everywhere. The apartment has everything you could need including a lovely little balcony to sit on and watch the crowds go by. The free parking was an amazing bonus and is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Liliane (The Host) met us in the morning when we arrived off the ferry in St Malo, she also replied to all our emails and nothing was too difficult for her!! To summarise, this is a great apartment in a great location and Liliane is a great host and communicator !!

Excellent location. Owner lacks some knowledge about the amenities offered
The owner was extremely nice and accompanied us to the parking lot (parking is included) and showed us around the apartment. However, she wasn't sure about how to connect to the internet and she lacked knowledge about how to operate most of the equipment (microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, etc. Overall it was a very nice experience

Fabulous apartment with a wonderful host
We were lucky to find this apartment in the St Malo Intramuros area. It was modern and had everything we needed. Being right in the city centre meant you could explore everything by foot in this very charming city. There is much to see and do in St Malo and a trip to Mont St Michel is a must.
This review would not be complete without mentioning Liliane our host - she was super helpful with information. She picked us up from the train station and went out of her way to drop us off at the airport in Dinard on our last day for which we are very appreciative. if we returned here again we would choose to stay here.

Compact but comfortable apartment in fantastic location.
Liliane's apartment is in the heart of the intra muros. It is on the second floor of a small traditional apartment house and comprises a light and open plan living area, small bedroom and shower room. It also has the benefit of a small balcony with just enough space for a little table and two chairs. It is perfect for one or two people and well equipped too with oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. Liliane is very friendly and helpful was able to supply us with a pass for a car park just 5 mins walk away with in/out privileges for just 6 euro a day. This was great value as parking can be in excess of 20 euro per day in the area.
We really enjoyed our stay and St Malo itself. So many food options and beautiful beaches as well as the great architecture. I recommend a day trip to Dinan too which is stunning.

Delightful Apartment in the Heart of Saint Malo
Liliane's apartment was a great find in Saint Malo. It is about a block from the cathedral in the "walled city". The apartment is super clean and comfortable for two people; perhaps 4. Liliane provides all the essential items for a relaxing stay: dishes, clothes washer, dishwasher Wi-Fi, parking card, television. It was nice to wake up in the a.m. and hear the seagulls overhead and the morning call of the doves. Then, you hear the sounds of the old city waking up. Then, you make a quick dash to the local pastry shop for croissants or apple-turnovers. One word: Delicious. These we had each morning on the balcony overlooking the street. Liliane is a great host and make sure you have your bearings.
If you do have a rental car: opt for a small one as parking and the streets are narrow.

Wonderful Apartment and Lovely Owner
My wife and I and our two girls (15 and 13) just completed a two-week trip to England and France, and our visit to Saint Malo was one of the highlights. Madame Guillory is such kind and helpful owner. She met us at the train station and personally escorted us through the maze of streets inside the walled city of Saint Malo to her apartment. (She also gave us a ride back to the station on our departure day! So kind.) The apartment was beautifully appointed and stylish. Everything was of high quality: bed, sofa bed, linens, appliances, faucets, shower, etc., right down to the blackout shutter blinds on every window. It felt like we were staying in someone's valued home.
The apartment is in a perfect location for those interested in staying in this picturesque, historic city. It has a great balcony that overlooks a quaint shopping street and the cathedral, is central to shops, the beach (a 5 minute walk), restaurants, fantastic ice cream shops, and what seemed like hundreds of creperies. From Saint Malo, we took a day trip to Mont Saint Michel which was about an hour away by car. A must see and well worth the drive.
We can't say enough about the hospitality of Madame Guillory and we really hope to visit her lovely apartment again someday.
