Renovated studio located in the hyper center of Saint-Malo intra-muros, access to the port and ramparts 30 meters away and the beaches 200 meters away!
At the foot of the residence: bakery, newsagent, souvenirs, several creperies and restaurant without the nuisances. Everything within walking distance!
Free parking (not guaranteed). Ideas for outings and restaurants available!
The accommodation is cleaned and disinfected after each reservation, especially frequently touched surfaces (switch, remote control, door handles).
New (2023) slatted sofa bed with rapido system (easy opening).
Free WiFi.
Studio in the heart of intra-muros! A few steps from the access to the ramparts, the port and 200 meters from the beaches. You can do everything on foot. A Carrefour City store is also a few steps away.
Linen provided and bed prepared. New bedding, sofa changed in 2023.
Linen composition: 1 duvet cover, 1 fitted sheet, 2 pillowcases, 2 hand towels, 2 tea towels, 1 shower mat.
Very functional studio, completely renovated, new equipment.
A few free parking spaces are available in the residence but they are not nominative or guaranteed. Failing that, several large car parks are available in the immediate vicinity. Also the Rocabey car park, free parking accessible on foot and by bus (line 1 or 2).
Ideal for business trips or short stays. 15m2 studio, sofa bed.
Studio on the 1st floor without elevator, wide staircase.
Intra-muros: historic district of Saint-Malo, the city of corsairs! Come and immerse yourself in this place full of history with its ramparts, its natural swimming pool, the port and its legendary beaches
The TGV station is located approximately 1.5 km away. Bus journey from the station in less than 5 minutes, line 1 or 2, stop intra-muros.
Ferries to England and Jersey 200 metres away.
In order to avoid misunderstandings, it is clearly stated in the advert that the bed is a sofa bed and that it is a 15m2 studio.
