2-room Duplex apartment in Port des Sablons with a view of the sea, located within the city walls of Saint-Malo

  • In a charming and recent residence, this duplex has a plunging view of the port and the beach of Les Sablons as well as a unique view of the ramparts of St Malo. A pretty private collective garden has direct access to the port and the promenade of the city of Aleth. Quiet, with excellent bedding, the price is decreasing according to the duration and the period.
    It is a starting point to discover, on foot, the Solidor district, the Solidor Tower and the 39-45 memorial inside the fort of the city of Aleth.
    Parking spaces are located in the vicinity and are numerous on the three squares which are located a few dozen metres from the residence. You can enjoy restaurants of all levels in the surrounding streets. Arrival is by appointment set at least 8 days before between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., or according to the schedule by key box, unless otherwise agreed before booking and the departure also between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
    The accommodation received tenants through the Housetrip website from May 2013 until the takeover by Tripadvisor in August 2016.

Appartement tres bien situé proche de la plage et intra muros mais les équipements sont vieillot et la propreté laisse a désirer. Gros point négatif ; pas de linge de maison. Il faut venir ou louer ses draps, serviettes de bain, torchon. Dommage. Hôte néanmoins charmant.

Pour une taxe ménage de 40 l'appartement devrait être clean à notre arrivée se qui n'était pas le cas pour notre part, tout dépend la définition qu'on a de propreté... Coussins du canapé rempli de tache, moquette dans les deux chambres très vétuste et surtout très sales, literie vétuste bonne à changé... Porte de placard et de four très grasse, d'ailleurs nous nous sommes servi de rien dans la cuisine... Et pour couronner le tous nous avons fait le choix de cette appartement pour pouvoir profité du bain mais n'avons pas pu car pas de bouchon à la baignoire ce qui est sans doute voulu pour que les gens ne consomme pas trop d'eau j'imagine.... Et question place de parking c'est une catastrophe dans le sens où le soir il faut des fois ce garer à 1km et tourner pendant 10 min pour pouvoir trouver une place.... À part la vu par la fenêtre il y'a que sa a retenirNous avons été déçu de cette appartement

Logement très bien situé

Bonjour, logement bien situé mais pas fait pour de grandes personnes. Les chambres sont mansardées.Attention à vos têtes. Ça qui fait un peu le charme de l'appartement. Sinon espace agréable. Belle vue. Et des balades très sympas à faire à quelques pas.
