The location was good. Place clean but beds squeaky and uncomfortable
A school that has been turned into accommodations. Host very nice but the place needs a lot of work
Strange smell in hallways.
Very cool location in an old school building, with a fascinating history. Clean, bright, and lots of space in our suite. Plenty of on-site activities from air hockey and ping pong to paintball and axe throwing. The hosts were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They recommended a spot for dinner and even invited us to a party! True Newfoundland hospitality.
It’s an old school. We had a big room, once the staff room. Furniture and Bath were clean and worked, althought not very new and to a degree worn. We basically only slept there and for that it was ok.
This school turned hotel is awesome! A unique and fun experience! We stayed in a family suite. The room was spacious, the kitchen fully equipped, and huge bathroom. The game room was fun for our kids (ping pong, pool table, air hockey, and more) .
Unusual place to stay. Would be a super place for a family. Lots of in house options, games room, library for free plus some optional unusual things like axe throwing for a fee. My neice was tickled to be staying in an old school.
Paul was an absolute joy and a wonderful resource for things to do in the area. The axe throwing was so much fun and the converted classroom was really cute.
An inconvenient stay, there was no lock on the door, the bedding was not good, towels looked old, and breakfast was really bad, just bread and jam, and there wasnt enough of that either.

Nice efforts with the themes but evidence of badly installed electrical is present everywhere.
